INDUSTR_I4.0

The 'small projects fund' INDUSTR_I4.0 accelerates the digital transition within the (manufacturing) industry in the Dutch-German border region. The project does not focus on the frontrunners, but rather on the group of SMEs that follow. The focus is on the adoption and implementation of digital technology in order to accelerate SME innovations. A total of 10 million euros is available for this purpose. INDUSTR_I4.0 runs from 2024 to 2027 and is supported by the Interreg VI program Germany-Netherlands.

We aim to review projects within 8 weeks of the cut-off date. Applications are processed in order of receipt.

Cut-off dates

INDUSTR_I4.0 works with so-called cut-off dates. On these dates, all submitted proposals are collected. The complete proposals are submitted to the expert committee. Applications can be submitted at any time.

During the INDUSTR_I4.0 project, the cut-off dates always fall on the following days:

• February 28
• 31 May
• 30 September
• 31 December

The final cut-off date is scheduled for 31-12-2026.
