Approachable, inspiring and with a sense of togetherness!
The transition to a sustainable society is high on the agenda and municipalities, residents and entrepreneurs are also doing their part. The Municipality of Voerendaal wants to call for "what are you doing?" in an accessible way for residents from inside and outside Voerendaal.
On Saturday, October 15, the Municipality of Voerendaal, in cooperation with EuregioBizz, is organizing a cozy low-threshold festival between 11:00 and 17:00 at Lubosch Land in Ransdaal (Ransdalerstraat 28). The theme is sustainability, in the broadest sense of the word. A festival with information booths, activities for young and old and lots of information. Guided tours to the food forest, explanations in the vegetable garden and a program with changing themes per hour about mobility, greening and water, circularity, food, leisure, living and energy. Sustainable examples from residents, municipality and entrepreneurs, including information on solar panels, charging points, nature, vegan food, energy generation, regional products, water and electric cars and bicycles.
Voerendaal Buitengewoon Duurzaam: together we put our shoulders under a healthy and sustainable Voerendaal. Come taste, listen and watch and above all be inspired! Entrance is free! Parking is available in the meadow opposite Lubosch Land, but please come on foot, by bike or by train.

Between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m., the Blues Bellies, including musicians known from the Voerendaal Music Collective, will provide the musical accompaniment to the festival!
