Program: Taste, Learn and Experience

• 13.30 - 14.00 hrs: Walk-in with coffee, tea & Limburg vlaai

• 14.00 - 14.10 hrs: Opening by Jules Goossens - Program Manager RVS-LB

• 14.10 - 14.20 hrs: Marc Helwegen (RVS-LB) on the state of affairs in collaborations within retail & hospitality
• 14.20 - 14.40: Guest speaker Silvie Slachter - Fair Manager BBB Maastricht | Streekheldenplein 2025
• 14.40 - 15.00: Marc Rademakers and Finn de Jong (students Hogeschool Zuyd) tell us about: - Antje's Sustainable Harvest Weert, which is an initiative of local farmers, students, entrepreneurs and the municipality to combat food waste and support local farmers. - The world where crooked equals right. The equal rights for all fruit and vegetables the story of Antje van de statie; the well-known figure in Weert!
• 15.00 - 15.30: Inspiration sessions - Kitchen Garden De Kweeckerij - with Mitchel Hoogeveen on white gold and farm production - Production Kitchen De Kweeckerij - with Soraya Hoogeveen on using local local produce
• 15.30 - 16.00: Closing with a local drink & bite provided by local heroes
• 16.00 hrs: End of program
