Meet the Expert - EnergyHub Venlo

We would like to invite you to an inspiring meeting within the LWV 'Meet the Expert' series. This time, we are guests at the EnergyHub Venlo - a unique location where all forms of energy come together.

The future of mobility and energy

On Tuesday 19 May, we will get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at Vissers Energy Group and be taken into the future of mobility and energy. Besides traditional fuels, you will also find progressive, sustainable solutions such as electric charging for both cars and trucks and soon the third hydrogen filling station in Limburg.

Programme 19 May 

• 14:45 hrs - Reception
  We will start the afternoon with a welcome by Addy Lutgenau, managing director of the LWV and Gerbert Vissers, director and owner of Vissers Energy Group.
• 15:00 hrs - Presentations
  Gerbert Vissers will share his vision on energy transition and sustainable mobility. He takes us through the development of the EnergyHub and discusses themes such as electrification and hydrogen, including valuable insights from practice.
• Finally, Marius Verschuuren, managing director of Thijs Logistiek, talks about his experiences within the transport sector, with a specific focus on the deployment of electric driving.
• Tour
  We will conclude the substantive programme with an exclusive tour of the EnergyHub, allowing you to experience this innovative location up close.
• 17:00 pm - Informal closing
• 17:30 pm - End of meeting
