PROOF Project: Food Innovation Park
Wednesday, March 1, marks the opening of a new research building around nutrition and health at the Food Innovation Park in Roeselare, Belgium. The building brings together various research activities including a taste laboratory, a research space around regenerating food and an expanded space for medical screening.
This building is one of the results of the PROOF project: a collaboration between Flemish and Dutch partners, including Brightlands in Venlo, in which expertise of healthcare professionals, (food) companies and knowledge institutions is combined to develop tailored nutrition for people with chronic care needs. In addition to the opening of the building, the opening on March 1 will also feature PROOF's other project results.
