On June 11 from 10:30-11:30 a.m., VNO-NCW and MKB-Nederland are organizing the webinar "Getting started with the new pension law: how do you, as an (SME) entrepreneur, come up with an initial pension plan?"
Most Dutch employers offer a pension plan to their employees. Because not every employer has a scheme yet, we organize this webinar with advice on whether it is wise to set up a pension scheme for your employees, and on how setting up the first pension scheme works. We'll also talk about the allowance for 100 business owners for a retirement consultant to help you arrive at your first retirement plan.
This webinar will address questions such as:
- Why do you want your own retirement plan as an entrepreneur?
- What are the pros and cons of offering a retirement plan?
- Do you need a pension advisor, or can you take out the pension plan yourself?
- How do you choose the administrator where the pension plan is placed?
- What does it cost to offer a pension plan?
- What happens after the pension plan takes effect?
There will also be a focus on questions about the first pension plan that entrepreneurs encounter in practice. Led by Jannie Benedictus, Jan Zwiers and Rosa d'Adelhart Toorop will discuss these issues. During the webinar there is plenty of room to ask questions.
This webinar is primarily intended for directors, HR managers and financial managers of SMEs that do not yet have a pension plan. Other interested parties are also welcome to attend this webinar.
