The Internist Days 2024 are coming up again from April 17 to 19, 2024 at the MECC in Maastricht.
The challenges in healthcare are undeniable. The demand for care is growing, accompanied by an increasing number of patients with complex, multiple conditions. At the same time, innovative developments are bringing with them new diagnostic and treatment options. All this is taking place against a backdrop of staff shortages, financial pressures and shortages of medications.
Our task is clear: we must make important decisions. It is important to think about how to make the best use of innovations, how to strengthen the sustainable employability of internists and how to critically evaluate our treatment methods. Together, we can think about how to continue to provide healthy care, both today and in the future.
