How does the processing of horticultural residues contribute to the transition to a circular economy? On Wednesday April 19, Platform Horticultural Residue Streams is organizing a meeting where various existing and future chains will be explained by growers and other market parties. It will be an informative and interactive afternoon, where growers will have the opportunity to share experiences and gain inspiration in valorizing residual streams. The meeting will take place from 15:15 to approximately 18:00, at the Brightlands Campus Greenport Venlo (Villafloraweg 1).
During the meeting, various parties will present how they use residual streams to create value. This will be followed by 'expedition residue stream valorization', a networking event where more than a dozen parties will be present with a stand to show, taste and feel good examples of residue stream valorization. This of course offers an excellent opportunity to discover whether there are opportunities for your residual streams.
