The topics of Pfas and Nitrogen have come increasingly into focus among entrepreneurs in recent years. Speakers

Jan Stoop, partner at Boels Zanders, advises companies, institutions and governments in the field of administrative law, with special focus on environmental law, environmental law (including soil contamination), area development and government liability.

Xander Wynands, partner at Boels Zanders, leads the Administrative Law team. He has an extensive public law practice, specializing in government contracts. Other areas of focus in his practice include environmental law (environment, construction, spatial planning and area development), subsidies, liability law, nature protection law, penalty decisions and administrative law. As a member of the Red & Agri Team, Xander is also the point of contact for all public law issues from this sector.

Jan van Mourik is manager advocate at VNO-NCW Brabant Zeeland. He has long been active in various regions in the working area, building a large network among entrepreneurs and governments. Expertise in the field of environment and sustainability, but also in other areas of lobbying for employers well established. Two years ago he published the brochure "Stikstof, weg uit de impasse" (Nitrogen, out of the impasse), written out of concern about the way in which we in the Netherlands deal with the nitrogen file; where we want to get society moving on this issue, we mainly see absolute standstill and no chance of turning the policy in the right direction...
