Master class: How to build your startup 2

In this second master class, we will go into depth. We will work on your business model and zoom in on how your product is of value to your customer.

What can a participant expect:In the first session the masterclass will give you the basic insights how you can start an innovative business. You get an introduction in thestartup phases, lean startup method and business model canvas, and an introduction in the ecosystem. You also learn how the value chain look like, how you can segment your customers and how you are going to create value. In the second session you will use this to define your business model and the value you are delivering to your customer.
