Increase your productivity with data from your business: what works?

How do you improve your company's performance? By feel or by reality? Are you using business data from your ERP system and machinery to anticipate change and make decisions? So that you can act faster and more informed than the competition. The data in your business is a source of information. It provides opportunities and possibilities to better serve your customers, improve processes and give insight to the people in your company. Data is usually plentiful. But only if you ask the right questions and can bring together data from your machines and processes will you benefit. What works in practice? What are solutions at fellow companies? That's what this meeting is all about. With lots of practical examples and sharing experiences with colleagues.

Productivity Circle

Productivity circles are regional Teqnow meetings where we are guests of a fellow Metaalunion member. It's all about inspiration & knowledge about working smarter and more productively in the SME metal company. Of course, we cannot provide you with a detailed recipe for success for your specific situation in the time frame of the meeting. What you can expect is an abundance of ideas and tips from the practice of Teqnow and fellow companies for you. There is also plenty of room to spar with peers and to share knowledge, experience and insights with each other.

Target group

This meeting is aimed at anyone within the company who feels the need to improve processes, but is not sure where to start.

• 14.30 - 15.00 Walk-in

• 15.00 - 15.10 Opening
• 15.10 - 16.00 Short explanation by Rolf Hendriks of host company GTL Europe about their business model, products and production and how they approach improvements and innovation. Following this there will be a tour of production and you will have the opportunity to ask questions.
• 16:00 - 18:00 Increasing your productivity with data from your business: What works? More than 50 examples and tips from fellow Metal Union members that can inspire you to create your own action plan. In between, the people from GTL Europe will tell you how they use data smartly, and there will be plenty of time to spar with each other about what works for you and your colleagues.
• 18:00 - 19:00 Drinks

This meeting will take place on Thursday, March 7, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.. Location: GTL Europe, Hudsonweg 2, 5928 LW, Venlo.

Subscribing

When the maximum capacity has been reached, we unfortunately have to close the registration. We therefore ask you to register only 1 person per registration and to register additional people separately.

Costs

Participation is free of charge for members of Koninklijke Metaalunie and participants of Teqnow. By a contribution from EDIH-South/Klikopmorgen other manufacturing companies can also register for this.
