MIA and Vamil for entrepreneurs

MIA and Vamil for entrepreneurs

Would you like to adopt a different approach to raw materials and resources within your company (circular business practices)? Do you work in agriculture, industry, transportation, or construction? Find out how you can use the MIA and Vamil tax incentives for your investments, broken down by sector.

Who is this for?

The MIA\Vamil is intended for all business owners who pay income tax or corporate income tax. It also applies to government agencies, foundations, or associations, provided they pay corporate income tax. The program is not intended for private individuals.

How much of a tax benefit will you receive?

With MIA\Vamil, you pay less income tax.

  • With MIA, you can benefit from an investment deduction of up to 45% of your investment amount. This deduction is in addition to your standard investment deduction.
  • With Vamil, you can depreciate up to 75% of your investment costs more quickly. You decide when. This provides you with liquidity and interest rate benefits.

Your total tax benefit (MIA and Vamil) can amount to more than 14% of the investment amount after taxes. Would you like to know how much? Calculate your tax benefit.

For which business assets?

The MIA and Vamil are two different tax incentive programs. They both use the so-called Environmental List. You are eligible for a tax incentive for all business assets on this list. Learn how to use the Environmental List or search the Environmental List directly.
