Why this masterclass?


AI is transforming business models at breakneck speed. The need for AI knowledge amongst management is growing, but there is often not enough time for an in-depth programme. That is why we now offer AI for Managers: an intensive training course in which, over two evenings, you’ll get ‘up to speed’ and learn straight away how to apply AI to your business.

You’ll be working on:

  • A clear introduction to AI, including the latest developments and inspiring real-world examples.
  • A concrete framework to help you get started with implementing AI applications yourself.
  • Developing your own AI use case.
  • Two rounds of feedback on your use case (one in writing, one in a plenary session during the second session).
  • How AI Orchestration helps you reshape processes, roles and collaboration between people and technology. Discover how to integrate AI systematically into your organisation, so that isolated experiments give way to scalable solutions that deliver measurable results, higher productivity and sustainable business value.

Thursday 12 November: Introduction, opportunities and threats

  • Introduction: AI as a game-changer for existing business models.
  • Real-world examples of AI applications in start-ups and SMEs.
  • Identifying opportunities and threats to one’s own organisation.
  • Start met Data Science Project Canvas.
  • Homework: develop your own AI case study (2 to 3 hours)
 

Thursday 10 December: Reflection and in-depth study

  • Discussion of the detailed canvases.
  • Reflection and in-depth discussion with peers and coaches.
  • Strategic approaches and options for your organisation.
  • Conclusion with concrete steps for AI implementation.
