Our Lidy came second in the 2026 ‘Stars of the Business Park’ competition
We are proud to congratulate our colleague Lidy Rutten on her nomination as runner-up in the ‘Best Professional in Practice’ category at the Stars of the Business Park 2026 awards.
A wonderful tribute to her personal commitment and to the work she carries out every day, together with business owners and partners, to create strong, safe, sustainable and future-proof business parks in Limburg.
Through the LWV, Lidy works alongside Parkmanagement and PVB Limburg to make Limburg’s business parks more sustainable and professional. She brings together entrepreneurs, public authorities and other partners, and helps turn plans into tangible results. It is precisely this connecting role that makes a difference every day.
“Being runner-up in the ‘Best Professional’ category at the Stars of the Business Park awards feels like a huge honour to me. Not just for me personally, but above all for the profession and for everyone who is committed to strong, safe, sustainable and future-proof business parks,” says Lidy. “I see this recognition as an encouragement to carry on: connecting people, accelerating progress and putting what’s needed into practice. Because it is precisely on business parks that we can demonstrate how collaboration, sustainability and entrepreneurship reinforce one another.”
We would also like to congratulate our PVB Limburg partner, OML, on their nomination in the ‘Most Impactful Product or Service’ category. This underlines the fact that Limburg’s collaborative approach is recognised and valued nationwide. Within PVB Limburg, the LWV, OML, LIOF, the Province of Limburg and many other partners work closely together to develop future-proof business parks.

About the ‘Stars of the Business Park 2026’
On 18 June, during the PVB Annual Event in Utrecht, the presentation of the ‘Stars of the Business Park 2026’ awards was one of the highlights of the day. Through this annual competition, the Programme for the Sustainability of Business Parks (PVB) shines a spotlight on the people, initiatives and solutions that, through vision, drive and collaboration, are committed to creating future-proof business parks. The winners were selected on the basis of both a public vote and the judgement of an independent panel of experts.
